These Terms apply to use of our website, inquiry forms, and client portal — not to the specific terms of any individual service engagement, which are governed by a separate signed agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering or submitting inquiries.

3. Inquiries & Bookings

Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon a signed service agreement and any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry.

4. Equipment Rentals

Rental terms — including delivery, setup, damage liability, and return conditions — are specified in the individual rental agreement provided at the time of booking.

5. Intellectual Property
